1. Engagement Framework

Welcome to IT Pro Consultant. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and the provision of professional IT consulting, performance analysis, and operational strategy services. By accessing our services or executing a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

IT Pro Consultant delivers professional technology and strategic consulting. All project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and financial fees are governed by the specific Statement of Work executed between IT Pro Consultant and the client organization.

3. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a mutually signed SOW:

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of engagement invoices, the client receives exclusive, irrevocable ownership of customized architectural plans, audit findings, and internal workflow documentation developed specifically for their organization.
• Pre-Existing Frameworks: General analytical methodologies, benchmarking scripts, and proprietary diagnostic frameworks developed by IT Pro Consultant prior to or independent of the engagement remain the intellectual property of IT Pro Consultant.

4. Professional Standard of Care

We perform all advisory services in accordance with recognized industry standards and fiduciary diligence. However, technology implementations involve third-party cloud infrastructure, external APIs, and internal organizational factors. Recommendations are provided on a best-practice advisory basis.
